1. Nonrefundable Payment Policy:
Our payment policy requires that the guest’s payment is nonrefundable 5 days prior to their stay onwards. This means that if you need to cancel your booking within 5 days prior to your stay, we are unable to offer you a refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected cancellations.
2. Age Requirement:
We require the main guest to be 25 years old and above. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and security of our guests and the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
3. Identity Verification:
We take the safety and security of our guests very seriously. As such, we require the person booking to verify their identity after their booking has been confirmed through Know Your Guest. This helps us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests.

To ensure a smooth cancellation process and avoid any inconvenience, kindly notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking. Please note that we have a policy of no refunds for cancellations made within 5 days prior the booked date.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email that includes important information about your reservation. You will also need to complete the Know Your Guest Verification process to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Finally, you will need to review and sign the rental agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of your stay. Check-in instructions will be sent to you a day prior to your check-in date.
Pets are only allowed in Poconos Bear Lodge and unfortunately not at Secret Door House and Poconos Pool Paradise. If you plan to bring your furry friends, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Yes, we are child-friendly. Our homes caters to families who want to relax and take a vacation in the Poconos. We’ve had many guests with infants and toddlers, and we strive to make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Our usual check-in time is at 4 PM and check-out time is at 11 AM. However, we understand that some guests may require an early check-in or late checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate such requests.
Please note that early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. We recommend that you check with us ahead of time to make the necessary arrangements.
